Thank-you Karen. I am saving this because I want to re-watch your Dad's explanation. My husband is clergy and this information is so important. My kids are millenials and I am afraid, anti-semetic which is odd, confusing, depressing, challenging, just WRONG. I cannot be that because I would be a self-hater and they know it (but nobody in my new church does until and unless I find out if they actually behave as Christians are supposed to)... I literally am soliciting to not have friends because it is too scary.
I'm so sorry about your kids. This is one aspect that is very scary, because young people are being fed these lies in school and by AI and they do not know history, World War II seems like forever ago, they believe the "new" history. It's a lot to battle against.
I get really frustrated when people don't seem to realize the extent of this propaganda and how it will affect generations to come.
We have many challenges and so little control, lol. At least I did not model bigotry. Every holiday, even in CA where our home was 1450 sf... we had 4 families over 3x/year and I cooked (e.g. on Thanksgiving a 26 pound turkey and many side dishes - just do not expect salad or dessert from me) heehee... those families included my best friend (1/2 Hispanic 1/2 Italian) and many relatives, a refugee family from Bosnia who had lived in Germany until Germany kicked them out, a family that is 1/2 Pakistani, and you get the picture. I guess you're right, one of my kids went to USC and another went to a science college then masters at MIT... my heart is so achy about that so I invest my time in being positive and productive AROUND interstitial cystitis and gastroparesis. I am not to be defeated until the last day when I go Home to Him.
Oh my goodness, you had/have a lot going on. Congratulations on raising such smart, unbigoted kids. We all have challenges raising our children, many that we never expected we would have, but in the end, we do our best and it sounds like you did an amazing job! Healthwise, it's no fun getting older, that's for sure. But as you say, we are not defeated! God bless.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for standing up for our Jewish friends. I have deep personal grief for the antisemitism that has grown among those who name Christ. I have noted a connection between local reformed/Calvinist evangelical churches and antisemitism. Especially among the postmillenial, literally patriarchal sort. I wonder if the sort of thinking that believes God only loves the elect, that the church replaces Israel bears the fruit of antisemitism.
Your dad's work has been a help to me often. And now yours. The LORD of Israel bless you and shine His face on you and give you shalom today.
I'm so glad to hear how my dad's writing helped you. He spoke out and wrote against Calvinism and got a lot of criticism for it. But as always when he faced adversity, he remained firm.
Wow, I watched the video. Did I know your dad made videos? I must have known
I bet my mom and dad knew of him.
Our family has always had a closeness to the Jewish faith. Christianity really is kind of the "off shoot" of Judaism.
They were very good friends with another great guy, Walter Ziffer. He was Jewish, then changed to Christianity, and went back to Jewish. He preached a few times at the church my parents went to in Brussels, Belgium. He was a really nice guy.
Oh, yes, there are many videos of my dad's talks/sermons. I'm so thankful for them. Yes, your parents probably knew of my dad. Many people who read Break Free have told me how much my dad's books and videos have meant to them. It's such a blessing to hear. I wish the younger generation was exposed to this solid teaching. But AI has taken over.
Thank you for this video. I so appreciate, for myself, the privileges of being both part of what I call " the original chosen people" and the "one new man"
"Christian Nationalists and Muslims have one thing in common: the destruction of Israel and the extermination the Jews."
What UTTER BULLSHIT. Rhetoric like this is what sets normies against Judaism. I've always believed in Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state, but it the denigration of my people and their beliefs by those pushing "Jews and Israel Uber Alles" is wearing that very thin.
Or these two essays on Christian Nationalism the "Christ is King" movement.

I’m a newbie to this … I don’t understand how “Christian and Anti-Semitism got in same sentence. Makes me wonder what a ‘’Christian’ means now… and nationalism???
Where did this come from?
Obviously need to watch video and learn. I am shocked tho at the number of people I have met even in my little world … professors in their 70’s spewing antisemitism and denying a holocaust. I couldn’t speak to stand for truth except I know whoever blesses Israel will be blessed.
Once more we witness the literary and spiritual advances made by the tradition of the European novel, be it Russian, German, English, Spanish, French, Italian or other.

God Bless You too. Thanks again for posting your Dad. I have a lot of experience with "sermons" and he is genius.
Thank you.
Excellent video. Thanks.
Thank you, Karen!

I am going to listen to all of them. Great while treadmilling :-)

Something tells me you don't agree with me. I doubt you ever will. Did you actually watch the video?
Have you read any of my essays on this topic? For example, the one I just published on this topic:
Jesus wasn't a Jew (Huh?): https://khmezek.substack.com/p/jesus-wasnt-a-jew-huh
