Easter Sunday has been declared “Transgender Day of Visibility”.
Out of all the days of the year that could have been chosen, Biden’s overlords chose Easter Sunday, the most sacred day of remembrance for those who follow Jesus. Without Jesus’ resurrection there is no Christianity. Period.
It would seem, therefore, that the reason for choosing this day is clear.

I must add a correction that Transgender Visibility Day is on March 31 so it doesn’t always fall on Easter Sunday. While Easter doesn't always fall on 3/31, Biden did choose the date that Easter has most often fallen on over the last 500 years, and I believe that was a very calculated choice.

Just an an FYI that the Trans Day of Visibility has been held on March 31 annually since 2009. In fact, if you look closely, the declaration you copied and pasted into your post appears to be last year's, when Easter Sunday was April 9. It appears (from my limited Google research) that the Biden administration is the first to issue Presidential proclamations on the TDOV, but he has done it annually on March 31 every year of his administration beginning in 2021.
I personally think it's kind of frivolous to have a White House proclamation of something like this, but there are proclamations of a lot of random dates and such that aren't terribly important to the majority of the public. I assume they take all of no actual Presidential time and are written by a staffer. And, in fairness, I would note that the White House has recognized Easter and other Christian holidays for decades, even hosting public events like the Easter Egg Hunt and things, and decorating the whole place for Christmas. Granted, those aren't so much celebrations of the religious meaning of the holiday as they are celebrations of the public rituals around the holiday, but it's still more recognition than any other religion or any other cause at all, I think?

Just an an FYI that the Trans Day of Visibility has been held on March 31 annually since 2009. In fact, if you look closely, the declaration you copied and pasted into your post appears to be last year's, when Easter Sunday was April 9. It appears (from my limited Google research) that the Biden administration is the first to issue Presidential proclamations on the TDOV, but he has done it annually on March 31 every year of his administration beginning in 2021.
I personally think it's kind of frivolous to have a White House proclamation of something like this, but there are proclamations of a lot of random dates and such that aren't terribly important to the majority of the public. I assume they take all of no actual Presidential time and are written by a staffer. And, in fairness, I would note that the White House has recognized Easter and other Christian holidays for decades, even hosting public events like the Easter Egg Hunt and things, and decorating the whole place for Christmas. Granted, those aren't so much celebrations of the religious meaning of the holiday as they are celebrations of the public rituals around the holiday, but it's still more recognition than any other religion or any other cause at all, I think?
