For me, personally, this was a really fascinating essay to write. It required a huge amount of research, and I couldn’t possibly fit it all in here. I would be interested to hear what you think of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

So glad you’re writing about unpopular things like this, Karen! Keep it up. We’re actually in El Salvador now, exploring the first nation that’s adopting Bitcoin. Anytime there's a get rich quick idea, it's usually bullshit or becomes BULLSHIT when the profiteers come on in. Same with the ignored inflation we had for 2 decades in housing, cause rising house prices mean better net worth.
Bitcoin is not anywhere near being a real currency when it's so volatile. Imagine one week a gallon of milk is 2x more than the week before cause of trading of BTC?
