Interesting article. It is weird talking to somebody who's in prison for life. It's also surprising to read an article like this from somebody who was working with inmates that does recommend fathers in the household. These days it's more common to hear some social justice types promoting BLM and hating on capitalism. So, it's refreshing to read an article with this perspective.
Even though lifers have often committed horrible crimes many of them become more laid back over time. Most murderers are not repeat offenders. 30 is about the age where many people's perspectives begin to change. But it's often too late by then.
