You nailed it. Going to read again tomorrow. Institutions are so infected. We are knee deep in a problem created over many years. Still wrapping my head around it. Great article. Will certainly help direct my energy.
I really enjoyed writing the little fairytale. Glad you enjoyed it. If anything I write inspires or encourages people to take positive actions during these dark times, I'm glad.
That was a great read! I only have 1 criticism. The use of the word Latinx. Latino includes everyone that Lantinx thinks is being left out and is much preferred by the Latino community.
Thanks for the criticism. I got that comment from a few people. I meant it in a sarcastic manner, as one of those woke words, but I didn't explain and as such, anyway, it's gone now and the essay is better for the change. Glad you enjoyed it!
Great essay. I enjoyed it immensely. I’ve seen this world unfold in front of my eyes. I started to awaken 10 years ago. I still find myself in disbelief of what we’ve accepted and allowed. I’m sitting here at the age of 43 knowing I wasn’t meant to have children because I could never stomach bringing them up in this world.
Really enjoyed reading that, once you have this mindset you can’t undo it, what you’ve written just seems so accurate. Sometimes it’s a struggle to stay positive and I find myself all this worry going round and round in my head, it can be very frustrating but a comfort knowing I’m not the only one seeing this...and to know I’m not going completely mad! I feel is what people close to me probably think!
Yes, I've been heartened at how many have said the same thing, how they felt alone and as if they wee crazy, and my essays have helped them know they aren't alone. Thank you.
I loved the story! Beautifully written and very thoughtful.
I do have a question though that the story left unanswered: why did the gods do it? What is it that they got out of maintaining all these gray people? Maybe there is no answer.
Thank you. I would love to reach as many people as possible and hopefully get people to think about these issues more deeply. Not sure how many will change their opinions because everyone is so entrenched in their position now, but we can always hope.
We each communicate the truth using our own voice. Some will respond to one, while others may respond to another. Parents of teenage children can relate 😉
Yours is a style that draws one in, reminiscent of the books I read as a kid when my mom took me to the library.
Maybe it was your story, or maybe it was your tenor, but I felt elements of tales like "A Wrinkle in Time," and "Jack and the Beanstalk," among other hazy memories.

Red is the new orange
Haha, yep. At first he was an Orange Man, but I thought, why be constrained, I can make him any color I want, so I turned him red.

Sending much love from Canada. 😘❤️
Whew! Great read and could be used as an elixir to end the worst of human tendencies: complacency, apathy and self pity!!! Thanks for the “awakening.”
Great read!!! A good elixir for what is ailing mankind: complacency, apathy, and self pity. Keep writing!!!
Brilliant! Thank you.
I intend to share, share & share some more.
Brilliant! I loved it
Thank you
You are the type of people we should be reading and listening to on a daily basis.
Thank you. I hope as I continue writing I can reach more people.

A good path. Brambles, but a good path.
Thank you

Thank you. Perhaps my latest essay will help answer your question: Now it's the Disinformation Dozen, Next it will be Us.

I thoroughly enjoyed this! And will pass it along.

I always loved fairytales, the real ones, not the Disney versions, so yes, those stories greatly influence my writing, especially this essay.
Great writing! I really enjoyed it. Kind of scared the heck out of me, but starting to see what’s really going on behind the curtain!
Scared the heck out of me writing it! LOL
Excellent read...I love it and could not agree with it more !
