The important thing is that the herds of MMS/3i's must keep on voting in scoundrels and terrorists... Without the "VOTE" our slave lives would be awful.

No one is really color blind. I think birds of a feather do flock together, but these days the feathers are common ideas and values. Few of us have really close friends that don't have some common ground. Most times race has little to with it since neighborhoods are generally made up of similar socio-economic people. Many black people don't have white friends, but they're not ostracized by society. Only whites get that "privilege".

Guilt is an emotion for past events, and a complete waste of time. I choose to live in the present. It's a lot more productive to change your current behavior than dwell on the past that is impossible to change.

Personally, I don't think these people have any guilt or shame. They just care what others think about them while comparing their insides with the outside of others. What a bunch of hypocrites.

As I have mentioned, I lived in Hong Kong for 20 years. A beautiful city it was, and very harmonious in it's diverse cultural population. Of course it helped that everyone had enough money to get by without too much trouble. And HK was Unwoke. People were there because they wanted to be, they had nothing to complain about (at least in the socio-cultural realms), we were happy to be Hongkongers. No-one needed to create attention grabbing false identities because you were free to be whoever you were, and wanted to be. ANd when the govt finally decided you were no longer free to be a Hongkonger, we took to the streets, for freedom. And got crushed. And HK died.

What I see in the USA is completely opposite. Unhappiness, anger and division are heaped on the populace. Drugged on msm and drunk on virtue signalling people take to the streets there too, but not in unity and without commitment to anything other than cause du jour. The outcome will be the same as with HK, only so many Americans have no idea who and what they are fighting for.

Great article--a little earlier some of us color-blind moms grew up with friends of all races and it was a non-issue. On TV we had Jeffersons, Red Foxx, Good Times, and even one called Julia with the lovely talented Diahann Carroll. I enjoyed these shows a great deal, not because I was white but because they were good! ( I somehow survived watching a ton of TV) Equally, I enjoyed the shows that didn't (as logic might dictate) have a lot of black characters (The Beverly Hillbillies!). On nearly all the great variety shows were talented black entertainers -- Melba Moore, Harry Belafonte, Eartha Kitt (who was the BEST Cat Woman!) , Flip Wilson (when Geraldine was a hoot and not political!) and one of my all time favorites, Sammy Davis Jr. I stopped watching TV when I had kids but there was not a time when I DID watch TV that there were not plenty of black performers. I just don't get this. Maybe they'll go back and apologize for The Goldbergs or Seinfeld? Oh and not just Soul Train (I loved that show) but Dance Fever with Danny Terrio (they had a lot of black dancers and everyone boogied together). They are rewriting media history as being racist but the 70s were anything BUT! Nobody should apologize for telling their story their way---there used to be room for all of us! Keep on writing bravely!

Good one. Wokists don’t care about black people period. They treat blacks as a monolith and have zero tolerance for any black person not towing their line. That’s when you see the true racist attitudes of the wokists - when the quid-pro-quo is not working. Especially with black men. The agenda finds black people useful in their racial divide-and-rule tactics. It’s also an easy way to control black free thinkers. And the controllers absolutely know which emotional and pain buttons to push in order to get what they want to stoke the PTSD and generational pain of black people. We now have segregated black only graduations! This is a massive agenda to divide and rule. Using the shooting of Michael Brown as a spark for the current iteration. It’s the beginning of BLM secretly funded by billionaire white controllers. It’s the beginning of calling everyone white a racist and moving the chess piece of white guilt. It’s about control and the white race is the last domino. By the time the George Floyd killing came around everything was well rehearsed to escalate. The actual racism that exists is rarely ever addressed. By my own observation (not researched data like your work) by 2015 we were already seeing the melting away of many racial divides. White kids had been grooving to hip hop since the 90s (by the way these white corporations pushed out the positive social rapping and replaced it with gangster rap - another subject for another day) Things would have naturally kept moving in the direction of less misunderstanding and division among the races. I think these controllers freaked out. And they have run this agenda that has seeped into all areas of global life. I repeat: Wokists don’t care about black people. White people are the last domino.

Well done. One hopes that soon, the self-hating, neurotic wokesters who run Hollywood will stop flagellating themselves to death and return to telling actual stories. What an absurd person she is.

Karen, this essay really resonated with me. You hit on a lot of important and difficult topics.

I see it the way you do, but what I can’t see is where does this take us as a diverse nation? How will we know when we get there?
