Well, I guess I’m reading that through the 2A lens today! “Shake, Shoot, Feel” sounds like a good day at the range to me!

Best response ever! 😂😂😂

I can see that. Kind alike "aim small, miss small"

Ha! Exactly!

Frankly, I’m puzzled why some woke Karen isn’t running around yelling about them using the word “shoot” and glorifying gun violence! Oh, that’s next…

Excuse me, my name is Karen... 😂

Yup, I see my error. You’re Karen, with a capital K, they’re karen with a small k! Cuz you’re the BOMB! (Oops, there I go again with a violent word!)

How do you feel about Whole Foods being an Amazon corp? Makes me not shop there, it's wierd to me, as I avoid all things Amazon....they treat their workers so badly, they do not deserve my business.

Expand full comment

I have MANY thoughts on this. I need to.write about it because I have some inside information about this. Just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Expand full comment

Exactly. I LOATHE Amazon

I stop there just to ask questions about Apeel & organipeel. They have wordy non answers ready.

Used to get some non gmo gluten free items there. It’s catering to the vegans now, lots of gmo in their packaged “ food “

Expand full comment

Yes! It's shocking when you read the ingredients.

Expand full comment

They don't deserve anyone's business, but folk are intrinsically lazy, and Amazon play on that.

Two clicks, and it's on it's way, digital payment. Arrives within 24-48 hours, and you ain't even had to to get dressed.

Just follow the money.....

thank you Karen <3

this is true

Reading the Bible will make any one feel good. You believe and know that our Father is on our side

Amen to that! Except it requires putting the technology aside and sitting quietly and focusing on the written word. Very difficult for people to do these days. Makes me sad.

I like to listen in the car, Alexander scourby on YouTube.

Wow that’s the first I have seen something like this. Not surprising , they want everyone delusional . Like the Bible speaks of sorcery & pharmcia

Expand full comment

Right out there, no hiding what they want people to do! Thank you for sharing. Whole Foods, no less! What a farce they are, pretending to be about health.

Expand full comment

I actually like Whole Foods, despite all of this, however I admit that my feelings are conflicted. I have a very positive connection to its history. It's just sad that it got taken over by Bezos.

More processed food, basically. So much easier to just add "healthy" processed foods to a steady diet of processed foods and Big Pharma pills. Then wonder why health and quality of life continue to go way down...

Expand full comment

Exactly! The big selling point is "convenience". Nobody wants to put in any effort.

I'm on staff at Calvary Chapel Central Bucks as the Addictions Ministry leader and agree with your assessment Karen!

Yer onta somethin' fer sure. Heck, shootin' anythin' in yer throat sounds downright violent not ta mention insane! the drug an' also weapon lingo's been hidden in all sorts'a names--are they "winkin' " at us from behind the scenes like the Disney animators that put x-rated "Easter Eggs" in the movies? Corn Pops / Sugar Pops an' Sugar Smacks?! (innocent or pills, heroine?--introduced in the beatnik 50's where junkies were part of "the scene")???? Just a coincidence? "Shot glass" (of booze--the strong stuff that packs a whollop) is obvious--dun quick an' with force--the trend later follered by the nauseatin' idear of "jello shots." "Crack Corn?" Also a lotta trendy flavors of sweets got named crack this or that (eg. crack caramel ice cream). Shots are small, a "deal," a mini "fix." Talk about gettin' a "bang" for yer buck! (ka-pow!)... but bottom line is ya gotta notice this stuff--it's kinda sneaky the way they're "servin' it up"

ALSO ya know in NYShitty they revamped candy dispenser machines ta distribute free drugs, crack pipes, needles 'n stuff? Oh an' also pot dispensers--which is like on every corner there--we couldn't stand it, as if NYC didn't smell bad 'nuff before (lol)

Another fabulous essay by the angelic Karen Hunt….

Angels fly, because they never carry negative baggage…experience Zero gravity, release negative baggage. Fly as high as you can, so the world will be envious of you...

“Chronic health is a disease/disorder. You must consume Pharma Drugs & Vaccines because you are suffering from a deficiency of Pharma Drugs & Vaccines.” Commandment One, from the “Bible” of the Pharma Cartel.” Commandment Two, God did not create the Human Immune System, it was Satan who created the Human Immune System so we could live eternally happy and healthy in Hell.

Everything backwards and upside down. Chronic health--very dangerous.

Bosh, bosh, bosh, classic three tag slogan.

We had it in the UK during the scandemic with, "Stay home, protect the NHS, save lives".

Good that you're drawing this to people's attention, but sad that you have to.

Sad. Frustrating. Makes me mad.

I deal with this continually with supplements. The supplement manufacturers always tell you how X-supplement will cure all your ills, but if you followed all their advice, you'd be taking dozens of expensive pills everyday. I eat healthy and exercise, and am a big believer that some supplements make a big difference. But in order to get to the right balance, you really need to tune out the sales pitch, research, try different things, and be willing to cut stuff that doesn't help from your diet. It is anything but easy. Anyone that is a "normie" or an NPC that watches television and does what they are told is extremely susceptible to these slogans and campaigns. With all the talk of disinformation, it would be nice if our food supply marketing wasn't weaponized against us.

Expand full comment

Absolutely. Research. And use common sense. Put in the effort.

Expand full comment

My common sense that much of what is touted in the holistic or alternative or integrative health world is vastly oversold and that much is nothing but glorified, expensive placebos that couldn't possibly be what they're cracked up to be.

Expand full comment

"and be willing to cut stuff that doesn't help from your diet."

That really should be your first port of call.

If you need supplements, you ain't living your life right.

The snake oil salesmen of the Wild West in the late 19th, and early 20th century have morphed into internet health and wellness sites, shipping their wares across the globe.

I don't see much difference. Sure, some will be good and well meaning, but many others will be jumping on an exploitative bandwagon.

Our ancestors got by without hand sanitisers, rectal flushes, and detoxes.

But, they weren't exposed to the toxins in a compromised processed food chain, nor exposed to a plethora of EMF's.

And here's the $64,000 question;

Are the majority of supplements derived from natural, or synthetic sources ? Mmm...
