Yes, wonderful accounts to remind us of what came into my mind as I was ending my walk today; that for all the pain and sorrow of this life, the Earth is a wonder and life on it still filled with beauty.

You are right and the good selflessness good heart people that are not so easy to find but when I find one I tell them “ Thank you”. Once one person asked me why I was being thankful with her. I told her that because of her and people like her God still give us one more day to exist and I was aware of that. She looked at me surprised and said humbly that she wasn’t so good, typical answer of a saint. I smiled I said “ you are, believe me.”

A man bought an isle

And whither'd a while

One tree came to ten

Nature revived and then

The world broke into a smile

Another loved reading his books

No care for riches or looks

In a world filled with glory

The pages told stories

Like islands and captains and hooks

unsung heroes until ya came along an' shared their "music!" -- what lovely tales of two men who had a vision an' stuck ta it--no compromises! their "solitary" uncompromisin' individuality became a long term boon fer many other... individuals! an' animal species too!

today these fellers would be shunned as bein' "selfish"--so goes the way of singin' for the wrong folks an' fergettin' the trail blazers like these two! (or three, actually--given two on the island....)

Both these men had humility. Very admirable!
