Such a beautiful place. Listening to the links. Thank you sharing. Although short - still powerful to stay grounded. At this point there should be many waking up.
Thanks for this report on your visit to Santa Fe. I shouldn't have told you to keep it short (haha), now I'm wishing it had been longer. I will definitely check out the interview links to get a clearer idea of what you all talked about. I'm glad you had this special experience to inspire you more to keep doing the wonderful work you do. Love your pictures of the Santa Fe area. We fell in love with NM about 50 years ago and we're still here.
I was there years ago, at a writer's residency at Georgia O'Keefe's Shadow Ranch (I think that's what it was called) I took the train there and back from Los Angeles. Really magical. This was a million times better, though. Fighting for a cause I believe in and meeting like-minded, creative people really energized me to fight on.
I imagine a worse case scenario, the food doesn't get trucked in, the farms go bankrupt, abrupt climate change (from all types of stimuli), is there enough to feed all the people nearby? Otherwise, natural gardens that grow healthy food are, I think, important. Flowers are not so important, but those grounds can be converted *gasp*.
Thanks, Karen. What a wonderfully inspirational trip that you shared with us. We all need that encouragement as these years have left many of us quite alone in so many ways.
I love New Mexico! So beautiful. I’m happy you had this time to refresh, share, and recharge. X
One of my bucket list destinations
❤️ Maybe the hippies had a point, they just went the wrong way about implementing it: make love, not war
Ha-ha, so true. I'm an old hippie myself, I guess, although, not really, didn't even fit in as a hippie. Didn't do the drugs LOL.
Love this
Thank you- we must not be divided - that's the only thing I can truly believe in.
Thank you for continuing the battle and spreading the truth.
The rainbow picture says it all.
Yes, the rainbow was so beautiful. A fantastic little thunderstorm preceded it.

Beautiful scenery. Excellent companions!
Yes, the mix was perfect!
Any gardens around there?
Not sure what you mean. Gardens? Lots of plants, flowers, natural setting.

Looks like a good time. Santa Fe is one place I really want to see but haven't been there yet.
