Not sure if this paper should be classed as comedy, tragedy, or scary... Perhaps a combination of all three?

Ironic that, in a paper that speaks so heavily as to the importance of intelligence in understanding the impact of our actions on others, they weren't intelligent enough to consider whether it was intelligent to question the value of following such draconian orders at a time when we'd already seen the hype over the Diamond Princess cruise-ship-cum-real-life-lab then into a big nothing burger, hospital occupancy drop to its lowest levels ever recorded and a total absence of problems in countries that didn't follow The Plan.

Neither were they intelligent enough to recognize the importance of matching groups or how a survey that used a control group of 63 people (almost entirely students/unemployed people) may not be the best representative sample. Or that use of mRNA treatment, arguably the single most disastrous public health intervention of all time, was not actually helpful. Etc etc.

But hey, that's no reason not to forcefully drug the non-compliant next time round. I suspect that doubting the wisdom of detaining 20% of the population is a sure sign of psychopathy...
