I have always wanted to visit Costa Rica. So much about it appeals to me.

The Spanish, the flora and fauna, the beaches…

How amazing.

A change of scene is invigorating and freshens perspective. Thanks for your food for thought.

Greetings, Karen…..Glad for you that you are enjoying your new surroundings.

Wow. Started a Women’s Boxing Class already! You waste no time! They look happy.

Your discovered little gem….with the bug spray front and center. No thanks.

When you first wrote about going to CR, I know it’s lovely, but bugs are the first thing I thought about.

Then you mentioned the scorpion. Poor scorpion. He was in the wrong place.

Well, every place has its pros + cons, some worse than others. Wondering if you have seen colorful parrots. If so, what an asset that place would have. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Continued success to you….and peace.

Thank you so much. I added on an explanation to the photo, no, I haven't started a boxing class here yet. That was from my last stay in Costa Rica. I visited the gym, but it isn't owned by the same woman anymore, so we shall see.

I think they want people living in cubicles, not in nature, growing their own food. I live simply and no one has power over me. That is how I, personally like to live. I don't like a lot of material possessions. Other people might want to live a different way. The point is to be free to make that choice. And no matter where one lives, one should be free to live as healthy a life as possible. No one should be forced to eat bugs or synthetic, genetically altered food, for example. Oh, and having met my share of those privileged few, I can say they are not a very happy bunch. In one sense, they are as much slaves as anyone else, in some ways more so, because the stakes are higher.
