When someone has not been charged, it can't be considered a pardon. He's trying to give them blanket immunity, and it will never hold up in court. What concerns me is that Trump and his justice department might use these "pardons" as an excuse to not prosecute the bad guys.

It sounds now as if much evidence has been destroyed, concerning much wrongdoing by these recipients of "Biden" 'pardon's.

It is possible, but I don't really see that happening. If it does I'll be very disappointed. I just prefer to wait and not second guess what he will do. I don't think Americans will be happy with him at all if he does that. Just like some of those other people who received those "pardons". I think Adam Schiff and Liz Cheney should not go unpunished. Their pardons cannot stand. And Trump has plenty of reason to want them prosecuted for their crimes. And if those pardons crumble, then so does Fauci's.
