Oh, wow, that’s gotta be a big job. Good luck! As I’ve written, my mom was a Mennonite and as such, she was not a sentimental person at all and tended to throw things away rather than keep them! But she did had acquired wonderful things, especially on my parents’ travels that had a lot of meaning and were passed down to us children.
it's wonderful she saved "the good stuff" an' had that discern-mint! My ma (bless'er) saved EVERYTHING (even ol' empty windex bottles, even rotten dog food... siftin' thru vermin...some expired...an' jus' real gross-yucky). I AM findin' gems amongst the dross tho! Old photos from the 1940's back of an' old sock drawer, a great aunt's entire career portfolio under dog-groomin' supplies in the "Wreck Room" ;-)... I'm attemptin' ta pull out some special stuff fer mah girls but boy-golly I wish mah Ma hadn't been a hoarder! :-)

I also wanted to tag Jeremy Boreing as he now has an excellent show on YouTube, but he doesn’t seem to be on Substack. I’m not sure how to cross over to YouTube influencers with this. Maybe X?
