The Biden Totalitarian Regime (BTR) has recently and to little fanfare introduced its Foreign Malign Influence Center, although it was activated on September 23, 2022. It was created by a provision based on Klobuchar and Reed’s Combatting Foreign Influence Act, enacted as part of the Fiscal Year 2020 National Defense Authorization Act. It is essentially an enhancement of the Global Engagement Center (GEC), a “State Department entity tasked with countering foreign disinformation by amplifying America’s own propaganda”.
We all remember how one year ago the BTR) paused its “controversial plans to create a Disinformation Board”.
And who could forget disinformation guru Nina Jankowicz, who’s idea of standing up for the First Amendment included letting “verified” Twitter users “edit” other users’ tweets. A lot happened in the months after she made that statement. Elon Musk took over Twitter and I am sure this is the last thing she would want now. She’d probably shut Twitter down permanently if she had her way. I don’t think she moved on to a career on Broadway.
Edit on Sept. 9, 2023: As you can see below, the video of Jankowicz’s “performance” has been conveniently removed. But it still exists somewhere out there in the ether, where she sings on and on to vast, empty space, along with billions of bits of dangerous mis/disinformation and inconvenient faux pas’s committemnt by the totalitarian state.
This woman was and is a parody of every government official and media pundit who slavishly pushes the regime’s agenda while stabbing anyone in the back who doesn’t follow along. As Glenn Greenwald observed, no one embodies this “suck-up cowardly vapidity” (those are my words) more than Washington Post’s Matt Viser who was awarded the Aldo Beckman at the White House Correspondence Dinner for "overall excellence" in capturing "the spirit of Joe Biden" based upon stories regarding Biden’s brother and his Catholic faith.
I agree with Greenwald that it’s shameful this is the type of drivel that gets awards nowadays. Real journalism is dead. It died when mainstream journalists refused to stand up for Julian Assange. Of course, they hate him since he stands for everything that they are not. They want him silenced so they are not reminded anymore of their own irrelevance; how they break stories like “the spirit of Joe Biden” while Assange broke some of the most important stories in modern history, courageously exposing the lies of our government rather than sucking up to it.
In December of 2022, a tribunal was held in the same room where:
Assange in 2010 exposed the “collateral murder” video showing US aircrew gunning down Iraqi civilians, the first of hundreds of thousands of leaked secret military documents and diplomatic cables published in major newspapers around the world. The revelations about America’s wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, including alleged war crimes, and the frank assessments of US diplomats about their host governments, caused severe embarrassment in Washington.
The tribunal heard that the charges against Assange were an “ongoing attack on press freedom” because the WikiLeaks founder was not a spy but a journalist and publisher protected by free speech laws.
The tribunal co-chairperson Srecko Horvat – a founder of the Democracy in Europe Movement 2025 whose father was a political prisoner in the former Yugoslavia – quoted Biden from the 2020 presidential campaign calling for the release of imprisoned journalists across the world by quoting late president Thomas Jefferson’s dictum that “our liberty depends on the freedom of the press, and that cannot be limited without being lost”.
“President Biden is normally advocating freedom of press, but at the same time continuing the persecution of Julian Assange,” Horvat said.
The Orwellian Disinformation Bureau only lasted one month before it was quietly retired. A Department of Homeland Security (DHS) spokesperson insisted the Board was “grossly and intentionally mischaracterized,” telling The Post: “It was never about censorship or policing speech in any manner. It was designed to ensure we fulfill our mission to protect the homeland, while protecting core Constitutional rights. However, false attacks have become a significant distraction from the Department’s vitally important work to combat disinformation that threatens the safety and security of the American people.”
If 9/11 taught us anything, it was that when the government justifies curtailing our freedoms with the excuse that it “threatens the safety and security of the American people,” we should know it’s really about power and control, not concern for our well-being. Just like lockdowns and masks were never about “health and safety” as they claimed but about power and control.
As a reminder of what the “War on Terror” did to American’s freedoms:
President Bush authorized the National Security Agency to conduct "warrantless wiretaps" on communications originating outside the United States from individuals suspected or known to have ties to terrorist organizations. The USA Patriot Act (2001) gave the government new powers to gather information. It could monitor a person's e-mail simply by showing that the information was relevant to an ongoing criminal case. The legislation also expanded the use of "sneak and peak" warrants, where a search of a person's property is conducted without his or her knowledge, and gave the government broad access to records of individuals as part of an investigation of international terrorism or espionage; the latter provision might include what books the person checked out of a library or purchased at a bookstore. Congress addressed some but not all of these civil liberties concerns when the Patriot Act was reauthorized in 2006.
While the focus remains on interference from the outside, like Russia and China, an equal emphasis is being placed on terror from within.
On the 20-year anniversary of 9/11 we were told that the war is now “at home”.
Current and former officials say that white supremacists and far-right militants pose the biggest danger to the US.
Experts also say the post-9/11 war on terror directly fueled the resurgence of far-right extremism.
There was never any intention of ending the Disinformation Board. All they did was reimagine it in the form of the Foreign Malign Influence Center, or FMIC.
According to The Intercept:
In testimony before the Senate Armed Services Committee Thursday, Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines for the first time mentioned the creation of the Foreign Malign Influence Center, or FMIC. “Congress put into law that we should establish a Foreign Malign Influence Center in the intelligence community; we have stood that up,” Haines said, referring to legislation passed last year. “It encompasses our election threat work, essentially looking at foreign influence and interference in elections, but it also deals with disinformation more generally.”
We should pay particular attention to the end where she says, “it also deals with disinformation more generally”. In what new ways will the government now spy on its own citizens? How easy will it be for the government to entrap whomever they want by tying them to foreign governments, just as we saw happened with “Russia Gate.” That whole thing was debunked, but it doesn’t matter. Go take a poll in Los Angeles or any major city and see how many people still believe it was true.
Isn’t it really about holding onto and growing power at home? Isn’t this what it’s been about since Jen Psaki identified the “Disinformation Dozen” back in July 2021, stating they were responsible for “73% of the ‘disinformation’ on Facebook alone”.
It was in the fall of 2017; the FBI established the Foreign Influence Task Force. In 2018, the Department of Homeland Security established the Countering Foreign Influence Task Force — which in 2021 was updated to include a misinformation, disinformation, and malinformation team — as well as a Foreign Influence and Interference Branch and last year, the Disinformation Governance Board.
More recently, the Pentagon created the Influence and Perception Management Office to oversee its various counter-disinformation efforts. As is often the case, no press release accompanied the office’s creation or any reference by the administration aside from this year’s budget request, which appears to be the only publicly available U.S. government reference to the office.
I remind people about this on a regular basis because it’s so important. We get complacent and we forget what’s happening to our freedoms. Each day finds us moving closer and closer to prison sentences for spreaders of disinformation—that would be THE TRUTH. And even if it wasn’t the truth, people still have a right to free speech but that seems to be a dangerous concept now.
You can read the DHS’s report on the formation of the FMIC and why it’s so important.
Without a unified strategy, DHS and its components cannot coordinate effectively, internally, or externally to counter disinformation campaigns that appear in social media.
I looked up the official meaning of “malign” and it’s not a nice word. In fact, they couldn’t have picked a worse one.
Here’s some words related to it:
besmirch, denigrate, disparage, insult, misrepresent, revile, smear, sully, taint, tarnish, vilify, abuse, accuse, asperse, backbite, befoul, bespatter, blacken, calumniate, curse.
And interesting when the first example of how it is used in a sentence is this:
So, it adds insult to injury when these same men, in their statements, lyrics, and aesthetics, then turn around and malign queerness.
DABABY, BOOSIE AND HIP HOP’S LOVE-HATE RELATIONSHIP WITH HOMOEROTICISM|TIRHAKAH LOVE|AUGUST 25, 2021|THE DAILY BEAST
I mean, even the dictionary has an agenda now, adhering to the guidelines of the Foreign Malign Influence Center. It isn’t just listing definitions; it’s swaying readers to see the word in the context of those who “malign” queerness. The inference being that all conservatives and/or Republicans “malign queerness”, because of course no liberal or Democrat would ever do that.
Just saying the name Foreign Malign Influence Center and knowing it comes from my own government gives me a surreal, ominous feeling, especially since I know I am one who would be accused of spreading “disinformation”. I often think of Kafka’s book, The Castle.
“All [the authorities] did was to guard the distant and invisible interests of distant and invisible masters.”
After a time, nobody will even know why they are objecting to the things they object to, or why certain people are in trouble and others aren’t. It will all be so muddled. We don’t even know who is really running the show anymore. It certainly isn’t Joe Biden. Of course, it wasn’t George W. Bush or Ronald Reagan or even Barack Obama, either. The whole point of a leader is that they do what they’re told, too. They could only have gotten to such a place of power if they had bowed all along the way, using the words they were supposed to use and not deviating from the script.
It’s those of us who refuse to say what we are told to say who are always the dangerous ones who must be silenced.

Nicely Done.
But What Do You Really Think?
I Mean R e a l l y Think ?
I’d Be Interested In That.
The Neo-Bolshevik Playbook.
Much like the Bolshevik Playbook.
And every other authoritarian playbook ever.
'Find an opening, hammer in the wedge, then keep hammering. If there is no opening, make one, the bloodier the better.*'
Much like the Federal Reserve^ - 3rd time is a charm - Nina Poppins may have been a deliberate sacrificial parody of a censorship Czar to lightning-rod resistance away. Perfect Casting.
Because no-one in their right minds would try for something so comical after that one flamed out in disgrace. Not after our success in pushing back the tyrants.
Nek-Minute.
They will Trojan whatever they have to, conjure any wedge, kill whoever they have to - at whatever scale they need to. Plandemonium taught us that, if we needed the remedial.
This song only ends one way. We can't talk about it. But it doesn't change the fact.
*-Paraphrased.
^-Not saying that was the design, simply highlighting they will attack as many times as they need to, to achieve their objective. Think Terminator. They won't sleep, they won't rest. They won't ever stop. And nothing is as it seems.
