This is inspiring. I really need to get excited about longer work outs. Right now, I just dig up the yard and spread decent soil. I am quite limber but I need more cardio.
T Y Karen,again! I also live in and grow toward The Light. I live rurally and have been surrounded by zombie hollow hearts. The trials i have endured here are do unbeleivable i don't state them but now i am receiving news that all over America and from all other nations that people of The Light as well as the unaware arealso being threatened,stalked,and brought down remorselessly. Reports of hollows recording baby cries and slyly slipping the recorder in bushes st peoples front doors hoping anyone will open their home door to step outside. Ooops!.Killind pets and turning their carcases inside out then hanging their little bodies up for grisly display and many other sick atrocities - but the pace is exacerbating exponentially. We are at war,it seems,tween gross darkness and Light and we read nor hear not a peep from news makers. Sharpen vigilant perception,be ready to fight to save life if attacked/stay unseen till you emerge/ stay true. Armageddon is a TIME that ensnares the world,not a place.
